We had a brilliant start in March with the cardboard party and the trout breakfast – but of course we're continuing with our tasting events !
On April 15, we'll ring in the season of fresh goat cheese together , serving all the fresh varieties we've been looking forward to during the long winter. And on May 27, we cordially invite you to one of spring's most wonderful combinations: Vinho Verde and heritage asparagus from Demeter farmer Paul Schulz in Havelsee (weather permitting).
