Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

We currently only deliver to Germany, Austria, and Denmark

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries to Germany via UPS and DHL

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Merchandise value up to €80.00 = €9.95 with DHL and €8.95 with UPS
For an order value of €80.00 or more (after all discounts have been deducted), shipping is free of charge.

Shipping of heavy orders

For orders with a total weight of more than 10 kg, we reserve the right to ship exclusively via the shipping service provider UPS. This measure is intended to ensure a reliable and efficient shipping process for heavier shipments.

We ask for your understanding regarding this policy, which enables us to ensure smooth shipping even for larger order quantities.

Policy for undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or the mailbox and building are not labeled, the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and redelivery. This applies in all cases where neither we nor the transport company is at fault. We charge a flat rate of €10 per parcel for return and redelivery within Germany and €25 within the EU.

Deliveries to Austria, Denmark, and other EU member states

🚚 Delivery area

We normally ship our items to Germany, Austria, and Denmark. Customers from other EU member states can place orders provided they provide a delivery address within our specified delivery area or arrange collection/forwarding themselves through their own service provider.

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Merchandise value up to €179.99 = €15.00 (UPS)
For a merchandise value of €180.00 or more (after all discounts have been deducted), shipping is free of charge.

Delivery times

Shipping takes place within three to five business days, and the delivery time depends on the shipping service provider.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
