SHIPPING AND OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We currently only ship to Germany, Austria and Denmark.
We can ship to many other countries upon request. Just contact us.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries to Germany with UPS, DPD, or DHL
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):
Goods value up to €80.00 = €8.95 with DHL, €7.95 with DPD or €6.95 with UPS
For orders over €80.00 (after all discounts) we offer free shipping.

Deliveries to Austria and Denmark:
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):
Goods value up to €149.99 = €15.00 (UPS)
For orders over €150.00 (after all discounts) we deliver free of charge.

Usually within a week, sometimes faster.

We currently only work with DPD, UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

For orders with a total weight of more than 10 kg, we reserve the right to ship exclusively via the shipping service providers DPD or UPS. This measure serves to ensure a reliable and efficient shipping process for heavier shipments.

We ask for your understanding for this regulation, which enables us to ensure smooth shipping even for larger order quantities.

After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.

We always want to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order we're happy to help. Just send us an email and we will guide you through the process.

Maître Philippe & Filles offers customers the opportunity to send orders as gifts. These include:

* Adding a personal message or card.
* Sending without an invoice in the package so that the recipient does not see the price.
* The option to purchase gift vouchers that the recipient can redeem in the shop.
Furthermore, Maître Philippe & Filles allows you to add a separate delivery address at checkout, meaning gifts can be sent directly to the recipient even if the billing address is different. This process includes:

1. Select the products and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter the billing address (linked to the payment method).
3. Ability to add another delivery address.
It is important to provide the correct delivery address and to inform the recipient in advance about an upcoming delivery.
