On April 15th, we want to ring in the beginning of the new goat cheese season together and cordially invite you to try all the delicious goat cheeses we've been looking forward to all winter!
According to traditional farmers, the best goat cheese season actually runs from shortly after Easter until All Saints' Day. This is because the young kids are born in spring, and the goats then produce fresh, new milk. This milk is then used to make the new, fresh goat cheeses we sell, both in our farm-fresh and artisanal varieties. You can especially look forward to seeing Poivre d'ne, Mothais zur feuille, Pélardon, Picodon... and, just like last year, the delicious fresh goat cheese from Kunst & Käse from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern!
So we have several wonderful reasons to toast: the wonderfully thoughtful cycle of nature, the new kids, and the fresh goat cheese! With a suitable wine pairing and you as our guests, this is sure to be an enjoyable event!
Come along, you are cordially invited (as always, no prior registration required)!
