On April 15th we want to herald the start of the new goat cheese season together and cordially invite you to taste all the fine goat cheese that we have been looking forward to all winter!
According to traditional farmers, the best goat cheese season is actually only from shortly after Easter to All Saints' Day. This is because in the spring the young kids are born and the goats then give fresh new milk again. This milk is then used to make the new fresh goat's cheeses of the fermier and artisanal qualities that we sell. Look forward to a reunion with Poivre d'Âne, Mothais zur feuille, Pélardon, Picodon ... and like last year: the delicious goat's cream cheese from Kunst & Käse from Mecklenburg-West Pomerania!
So we have several good reasons to toast: the wonderfully thought-out cycle of nature, the new kids and the fresh goat's cheese! With a suitable wine accompaniment and you as our guests, this will certainly be an enjoyable event!
