natural wines 🌱

    A "natural wine" or "vin naturel" is a wine to which no ingredients are added during winemaking (sometimes except for a small dose of sulphur).

    There is currently no legislation or consensus on its exact definition. The designation is therefore not certified. It is often obtained from grapes grown using agroecological (organic or integrated viticulture) or biodynamic methods.

    The production of a "natural wine" aims to be the natural expression of a terroir, a grape variety and a vintage, aiming for an original and "natural" taste of the wine, resulting from a vinification without additives and therefore also natural.
