Natural wines 🌱

A "natural wine" or "Vin Naturel" is a wine to which no ingredients are added during winemaking (sometimes with the exception of a small dose of sulfur).

Currently, there is neither legislation nor consensus on its exact definition. The designation is therefore not certified. It is often made from grapes grown using agroecological (organic or integrated viticulture) or biodynamic methods.

The production of a "natural wine" aims to be the natural expression of a terroir, grape variety, and vintage, seeking an original and "natural" taste of the wine, which also arises naturally from winemaking without additives.
