We really want to know: after celebrating Lautrec pink garlic the week before last, this week is all about Roscoff pink onions .
We use them to bake a large pissaladière and cordially invite you to taste it with us and a glass of wine.
The pissaladière is an onion tart from Nice and is one of the local specialties there, along with the socca (a kind of savory pancake made from chickpea flour).
As a wine accompaniment, we present the new, fantastic white wine "Alfaiate" from Portugal, which will also be delivered fresh to us this week.
