Stéphane Reynaud is a French chef and author known for his love of traditional French cuisine and his commitment to high-quality, seasonal ingredients.

Reynaud grew up in a culinary family. His grandparents owned a butcher shop and he was introduced to the world of cooking at an early age. He later learned his craft in various renowned French restaurants, including the famous Troisgros restaurant.

In 2005, Reynaud published his first book, Pork & Sons, which became a huge success. In his books and in his restaurants, he emphasizes the importance of quality ingredients, especially meat, and he enjoys demonstrating traditional cooking methods and French recipes.
