This duck and mango terrine was created by Edouard Loubet in Bonnieux. The French celebrity chef has 2 Michelin stars, 5 Gault & Millau chef's hats and was named Chef of the Year in 2011.
Edouard Loubet lives and works in the Luberon and feels very close to nature and its treasures . You can taste it in all his creations!
Enjoy the terrine with a lamb's lettuce or on its own fresh toasted country bread. Add a few good friends and a glass of wine - that's all it takes... bon appétit!
All the ingredients, with the exception of some spices, come from France. Free from colourings, flavor enhancers and preservatives.
