On her journey through France, Anaïs stops at some of our suppliers. This time she is visiting the family business Charcuterie Mayté in the Pyrenees, from which we try various salamis and of course the delicious Basque ham. Of course, she also tries a regional specialty – the Piment d'Espelette, the only European type of chili!
