Dear customers, très chers clients,
we can hardly believe it ourselves, but Maître Philippe & Filles is now in its 25th year!
Do you remember what the maître looked like back then? And we would like to celebrate these 25 years with you! But not just for one day, but for a whole two months.
We are taking this anniversary as an opportunity to focus on the great restaurants we have been working with for years. They were inspired by our products and used them to create culinary delicacies with which they will spoil you and us.
What exactly each restaurant has conjured up cannot be revealed at this point - but you should definitely enter a few dates in your calendar...
We will open the culinary round of our anniversary events next Friday with Moritz Borowski from Le Bon Mori .
Moritz' career began in 2000 in the "Alten Zollhaus" in Berlin. After various positions in Germany and abroad, he returned to his hometown of Berlin.
And so he has been the host and chef de cuisine in his own brasserie Le Bon Mori since 2016. Moritz serves traditional French cuisine in this small and rustic restaurant.
When: Friday, September 6th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
As always, registration is not required, the event will take place in addition to the regular sale in our shop at Wilmersdorfer Emser Straße 42.
A week later Steve Karlsch from the Brasserie Colette awaits you and us.
The Brasserie Colette is a restaurant designed by star chef Tim Raue in Berlin, Munich and Constance with exquisite French cuisine in a charming brasserie interior. As culinary director, Steve Karlsch is responsible for the implementation of the 3 locations and the operational design
