Natural sparkling wine made using the traditional method, without disgorging and without the addition of sulphites.
The vineyards are located in the sub-region of Cima-Corgo (Alijó) at an average altitude of 600 m on slate and granite soils.
Introducing a delicious bottle of fizz that is basically a grown-up peach iced tea.
This refreshing Pet Nat is made with minimal intervention. The grapes come from vines planted on slate and granite soils. They are harvested by hand at the beginning of September and sorted in the vineyard.
After two weeks of maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel with local yeasts. The unfiltered wine is bottled in October.
Peach blossoms unfold on the nose, followed by wet river stones and unripe apricots on the palate. The cloudy appearance belies its unique taste.
The smooth mousse makes it approachable and interesting. The grapes are harvested by hand and left on the skins for two weeks. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with native yeasts and the wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
Pale yellow and cloudy color. Very delicate bubbles. Lush aroma, full of ripe tropical fruits and wild flowers. Medium bodied, with a delicate and persistent acidity in the mouth.
A young and seductive wine, particularly suitable for the warm seasons. Serve chilled at a temperature between 6 and 8°C to enjoy alone on a hot summer day or with delicate fish, seafood and salads.
