Classic pomace made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from Burgundy.

Delightfully warm in the mouth with fine barrique notes and full, earthy and fruity aromas. A harmonious and characterful Marc de Bourgogne.

The very old Marc de Bourgogne Briottet is obtained by distilling Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape musts from the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. It gets its excellent quality from aging for more than 10 years in used oak barrels (barriques). The result is a fine complexity paired with elegant power - the perfect digestif!

The Maison Briottet from Dijon was founded in 1836 and is still family-owned today. At first, only wines were traded, mostly from Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin. From 1900 a distillery was bought and started to produce crème de cassis, especially because of the increasing demand for kir.
Through the centuries-old knowledge, Briottet succeeds in asserting itself against the competition. Even today, the name Briottet stands for spirits and liqueurs of the highest quality.
