This Camargue bull terrine with olives and fennel was created by Edouard Loubet in Bonnieux. The French celebrity chef has two Michelin stars, five Gault & Millau chef's hats, and was named Chef of the Year in 2011.
Edouard Loubet lives and works in the Luberon and feels a deep connection to nature and its treasures. You can taste it in all his creations!
Enjoy the terrine with a lamb's lettuce or simply on its own on toasted or fresh country bread, with good friends and a glass of wine... bon appétit!
