Pale salmon colored robe. Very delicate notes of raspberries, orange blossoms, sour cherries and a little fresh pepper. Refreshing and crisp on the palate, with a crisp acidity and a strong mineral, almost salty character. In addition, a very nice mousse that tickles the whole mouth awake and stays for a long time.

Pet Nat is an abbreviation - the whole name is "Pétillant Naturel", which is French for "natural sparkling wine". Pet Nat just sounds cooler!

Serve fresh, preferably between 8 - 10 °C.

An elegant wine to enjoy on warm summer days. Solo or as an accompaniment to delicious dishes.

This Pet Nat sparkling wine has undergone only one fermentation and is made without the addition of sugar or farmed yeasts. The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested in mid-August and pressed very gently.

The wines of the "Uivo" series are produced by Tiago Sampaio at an average altitude of 600 meters above sea level in the high altitudes of the Douro Valley. The grapes grow on the family vineyards.
The entire manufacturing process is carefully monitored and controlled, mixing knowledge acquired over generations with new scientific developments. The result is complex wines, mysterious and seductive, of great gastronomic versatility.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
