Generous and bold in the mouth, this vinegar will subtly enhance your raw vegetables, fish and shellfish mayonnaise or chicken in vinegar.
This traditionally made Orléans Vinegar has all the aromas of a French white wine from the Loire Valley (Chenin-Blanc and Sauvignon) blended with Loire Valley tarragon. Due to the slow fermentation in oak barrels, the Martin Pouret vinegar has a very unique bouquet.
Good wine, the freshness of the tarragon and a beautiful meeting of terroir and ancient craftsmanship are the keys to the rich flavors of this vinegar. Between acidity and generosity, it offers a nice power in the mouth that you will love to taste.
Tarragon is said to stimulate the appetite. So don't be surprised if everything this vinegar touches becomes delicious and you suddenly feel like eating something for two. Better you have an appetite...
Our wine vinegars are made from wines from the main wine-growing regions of France. Tarragon is said to stimulate the appetite. That's a good thing, because everything that comes into contact with our vinegar suddenly becomes delicious. So better have an appetite.
It also goes very well with white meat and gives it a rich aroma. This white wine vinegar with tarragon is bottled in 25 cl glass bottles, which are much more environmentally friendly than the standard plastic bottles.
