The unique taste of this vinegar is obtained through its three-week fermentation in oak barrels and subsequent one-year aging in the wine cellars of Martin Pouret.

With its complex aromas of red fruits, this wine vinegar enhances your gourmet salads, enriches the aroma of your marinades or is a wonderful deglacier for red meat.

This vinegar is made from French wines from the Loire Valley (Gamay and Cabernet-Franc) that are transformed after three weeks in oak barrels. This vinegar is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

This delicious vinegar is ideal as an accompaniment to fresh salads, to deglaze white meat or to enhance the flavor of red meat and marinades.
