Nouvelle Vague blanc naturally comes from certified organic cultivation. Cool terroirs are chosen for the selection, where the potential alcohol content of the grapes is not too high. The vinification at low temperatures preserves a maximum of freshness and liveliness.

Long-time friends Gregory Hecht & François Bannier founded Hecht & Bannier in 2001, a wine trading house dedicated to the most beautiful terroirs of the Mediterranean wine-growing region.

François and Gregory live in Provence with their family. Attracted by a gentle attitude to life and seduced by the light so loved by Cézanne, Van Gogh or Nicolas de Staël - the light of the sun spreading over the Mediterranean Sea - the two friends happily share a glass of rosé on a café terrace in Aix -en-Provence..
