We fell in love with this creamy artichoke heart paste with Sarawac pepper. To do this, the artichoke hearts are cooked with just a touch of olive oil and gently seasoned with white pepper, whose animal notes are gently tamed in this combination and thus wonderfully refine the artichoke.
Delicious with asparagus, with fish – eg grilled or in a papillote – or with seafood.
