Diese Thunfischfilets werden von Hand zubereitet und angerichtet. Ohne Gräten sind sie der magerste und edelste Teil des Thunfischs.
Sie sind eingelegt in ein Natives Bio-Olivenöl Extra aus Navarra und sind sehr wenig gesalzen, um den Geschmack dieses Teils des Wildfisches zu bewahren. Keine Zusatzstoffe, Farbstoffe oder sonstiges Firlefanz!
Der Weiße Thun wird an unseren Küsten (Pays Basque) von Ende Juli bis Anfang November gefischt. Sein Fang ist stark reglementiert.
Die Fische, die wir kaufen, haben ein Durchschnittsgewicht von 10 kg, d. h. sie sind im Durchschnitt 3-4 Jahre alt.
Der Thunfisch stammt hauptsächlich aus der Auktionshalle von Saint Jean de Luz- Ciboure im Baskenland.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 5 to 7 working days.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
