The so-called grain of paradise is an African pepper with only a mild heat but full aroma, which is supplemented in this recipe with poppy seeds and fresh mustard seeds. The white balsamic vinegar brings a slight acidity, the steamed onions a slight sweet note ... An exciting recipe that tastes of sun and the South Seas!

The name Émietté (from "miete", French crumbs) describes a method of preparation in which the fish fillets are easily pulled apart and then mixed with the sauce. This results in a wonderfully fresh, juicy composition in which all the aromas come into their own.

Shipping of heavy orders

For orders with a total weight of more than 10 kg, we reserve the right to ship exclusively via the shipping service providers DPD or UPS. This measure serves to ensure a reliable and efficient shipping process for heavier shipments.

Deliveries to Austria and Denmark
