Thanks to the salt smoked on red alder and the chili peppers that heat up the mackerel in this canned food, this tradition comes to life on your plate... and your taste buds too!

The name Émietté (from “miete”, French for crumbs) refers to a method of preparation in which the fish fillets are easily torn apart and then mixed with the sauce. This results in a wonderfully fresh, juicy composition in which all the flavors come into their own.
