A particularly rare Premier Cru made from 100% Pinot Noir - puristic in expression, multifaceted and complex.
This Blanc de Noirs champagne comes from one of the best Premier Cru single sites in the Vallée de la Marne: the "Bois des Jots" in Cumières. It was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2015 harvest and only 266 bottles were produced in total!
Brut nature without dosage, without filtration or fining. The young wines mature on the yeast for three years, and they are closed with a natural cork, which ensures particularly intensive aging and a special aroma.
The contrast between ripe aromas and sparkling freshness, which tickles the palate, makes it particularly exciting.
A particularly fine aperitif, which also goes wonderfully with fish dishes such as pike or perch in a light butter sauce.
If a depot separates, this is not a sign of poor quality, but proof of the naturalness of the product.
