The Aubenas Imbert® chestnut cream has a delicate and fine texture of incomparable smoothness.
With its subtle sweetness, it allows the fruit's natural texture and original taste to come into its own without ever overpowering it, and in perfect balance.

It's deliciously creamy and can be enjoyed on plain toast or, for even more indulgence, on a crepe or waffle. Accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it will delight children.

Play with contrast by combining their softness with the freshness of a yogurt or a curd.

And finally, for a slightly more original touch, pair them with goat cheese, especially a Picodon from Ardèche, for a remarkable terroir harmony!

Whether you are just discovering chestnut cream or an experienced lover, you will enjoy a gourmet quality taste experience!

A little history...
The candied chestnuts of Aubenas were created at the beginning of the last century through the collaboration of Gustave Imbert, an industrialist, and Eugène Contassot, a pastry chef from Aubenas.
In 1920, shortly after an interruption due to the war, Gustave Imbert bought out his partner's shares and the company became known as "Marrons Imbert".
In 1950, Gustave Imbert died and his son Maurice succeeded him. A perfectionist and lover of his product, he respected the traditional methods of processing chestnuts, which made the company's success and reputation.
In 1993, he passed the baton to his granddaughter Stéphanie Imbert-Nogier, who has managed the company ever since.
