A champagne for lovers of characterful, terroir-driven sparkling wines with pronounced minerality and complex aromas.
Sensory profile
Aroma: A complex bouquet with pronounced citrus notes, accompanied by ripe pear aromas. Complemented by characteristic brioche notes of fresh bread, floral accents of white blossoms, and subtle almond tones.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with pronounced structure. It displays a rich and angular character with remarkable length and concentration. The finish presents a distinctive saline minerality that lends the Champagne depth and complexity.
Composition: Homegrown grapes supplemented by approximately 40% purchased must.

Philosophy & Vinification
Under the leadership of Aurélien Laherte, the winery has continuously developed. Managed in a resource-efficient manner. The innovative approach includes:
- Vineyard work: Experimental use of cover crops and higher tree canopies
- Grape varieties: Replanting old, traditional varieties
- Cellar development: Modern vinification with diversified aging methods
- Maturation: Vins Clairs are aged in tanks, foudres and used barriques by Benjamin Leroux (Beaune).
- Closure: Early adaptation of Diam Mytik cork
- Dosage: MCR (Moût Concentré Rectifié)
