Harvest of the grapes at optimal maturity, traditional pressing
Alcoholic fermentation in tanks, in barrels and barriques
Malolactic fermentation partially carried out
Aging on fine lees for 6 months
Dosage: Dégorgement à la volée (warm disgorging). 7 to 8 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 8 - 10°C
Alcohol: 12.5%
