Grape varieties: 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir from vines around 30 years old. 40% of which are reserve wines from previous vintages stored in barriques.
Terroir: Vallée de la Marne and Côteaux Sud d'Epernay
Vinification:
Harvest of the grapes at optimal maturity, traditional pressing
Alcoholic fermentation in tanks, in barrels and barriques
Malolactic fermentation partially carried out
Aging on fine lees for 6 months
Dosage: Dégorgement à la volée (warm disgorging). 7 to 8 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 8 - 10°C
Alcohol: 12.5%
Contains sulphites

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.
