We immediately fell in love with this creamy paste made from artichoke hearts with Sarawac pepper. The artichoke hearts are cooked with just a touch of olive oil and delicately seasoned with white pepper, whose animal notes are gently tamed in this combination, thus wonderfully enhancing the artichoke.
Delicious with asparagus, with fish – e.g. grilled or in a papillote – or with seafood.
