Discover Martin Pouret's Orléans vinegar, made according to the 19th century Orléans process recipe.
The unique taste of this vinegar is achieved through its three-week fermentation in oak barrels and subsequent year-long aging in the Martin-Pouret wine cellars.
With its complex aromas of red fruits, this delicious vinegar is ideal for refining fresh salads, deglazing white meat or enhancing the flavor of red meat and marinades.
This vinegar is made from French wines from the Loire Valley (Gamay and Cabernet-Franc), which are transformed after three weeks in oak barrels. This vinegar is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
