This rare and delicate, handcrafted vinegar is made from white Pineau des Charentes grapes. After the Pineau has matured for four years in oak barrels, a natural acetic acid process takes place, also within the oak barrels. This gentle, natural production method preserves the vinegar's unique aromatic complexity and its exceptionally mild character.
The white Pineau vinegar is excellent for deglazing, for preparing fruity vinaigrettes, for marinades, mayonnaises or chutneys.
It goes particularly well with light meats or also with rabbit, seafood and scallops, avocado or chicory salad, as well as with fruits such as peach, pear, quince or apricot.
Our tip: also available as a duo with Pineau Rosé vinegar .
Acidity: 6%.
