This rare and delicate artisan vinegar is obtained from white Pineau des Charentes. After the Pineau was allowed to mature in oak barrels for 4 years, a natural formation of acetic acid takes place, which also happens in the oak barrel. Due to this gentle, natural production, the vinegar retains a special aromatic variety and its particularly mild character.

The white Pineau vinegar is ideal for deglazing, for preparing fruity vinaigrettes, for marinades, mayonnaise or chutneys.

It goes particularly well with white meat or hare, seafood and scallops, avocado or chicory salad, and fruits such as peaches, pears, quinces or apricots.

Françoise Fleuriet originally comes from the north of France, but she settled in the department of Charente, in the west-central part of the country, very close to the Cognac appellation, 25 years ago. The trained cook lives and works here in a traditional farmhouse, which is also a garden, kitchen and laboratory for her many handmade products. These are prepared in small quantities from home-grown fruit on site, depending on how much and what is in season. No artificial additives, preservatives or colorings are used.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 5 to 7 working days.
