This white wine vinegar from Martin-Pouret is ideal for complementing raw vegetables or for delicately seasoning a butter sauce for fish!
This traditionally produced Orléans vinegar exudes all the aromas of a French white wine from the Loire Valley (Chenin-Blanc and Sauvignon), refined with shallots from Brittany. Due to the slow fermentation in oak barrels, Martin Pouret vinegar has a very unique bouquet.
It also goes very well with white meat and gives it a rich flavor. The white wine vinegar with shallots is bottled in 25 cl glass bottles, which are much more environmentally friendly than standard plastic bottles.
