A gluten-free, very delicate and incredibly moist almond-based cake with natural vanilla extract.
The fresh churned butter and the high proportion of southern French almonds give it its melting consistency.
A delight on its own, but also briefly warmed in the oven with a fruit coulis or a scoop of ice cream and you have a very special dessert!
Remove from the pan: run a knife along the edges and turn the cake out onto a plate. Remove the baking paper and you're done!
