Their business is the production of premium, additive-free canned fish and seafood from the rias (fjords) of Galicia that enjoy worldwide popularity. The squid family includes squid, octopus and cuttlefish. They are usually about 30 cm long and weigh up to 5 kilos. Their flesh is firm and lean and tastes good raw (e.g. as sushi), briefly cooked, seared, grilled or deep-fried.
