This rare and delicate, handcrafted vinegar is made from Pineau des Charentes grapes. After the Pineau has aged for four years in oak barrels, a natural acetic acid process takes place, also within the oak barrels. This gentle, natural production method preserves the vinegar's unique aromatic complexity and its exceptionally mild character.
Rosé vinegar is excellent for deglazing, reductions, and for preparing fruity vinaigrettes, marinades and chutneys.
It goes particularly well with roasted dark meat, including liver, poultry such as duck, game... but also with salads, e.g. with beetroot and lamb's lettuce, with soups, as well as with red fruits and caramel cream.
Acidity: 6%.
