After the 20th Anniversary weekly tastings were such a hit last fall, we've decided to make these small events a new tradition at the house, and with great pleasure!
From March there will therefore be monthly tasting events at Maître Philippe et filles, where you have the opportunity to try new and old products in well-known or surprising combinations, to discover our shop in an informal setting, to be advised and enchanted .
It all starts on Friday 6 March with a traditional winter dish from Aubrac: Aligot! Come and enjoy this hearty, wintry cheese dish as we definitely herald the end of winter and the beginning of spring!

Die Jahrgangssardinen sind außerordentlich lecker - ich genieße sie am liebsten, wenn sie 2-3 Jahre alt sind - und die Dosen sind so hübsch, dass ich mit den leeren Dosen meine Küchenwände.
Bei der Suche nach Marmelade ist mir ein hoher Fruchtanteil wichtig. Diese Konfitüre ist durch und durch mit Früchten gefüllt - einfach sehr schmackhaft und sorgt für gute Laune am Morgen.
