At the open tasting buffet we serve fine smoked trout, trout caviar, as well as trout rillettes and emiettés from "La truite des Pyrénées" , a family-run trout farm from the Pyrenees.
This is something different than always the same salmon and certainly a nice inspiration for the upcoming Easter!
As a sparkling accompaniment in the glass, there is the Espumante Baga Rosé by Luis Pato, which goes perfectly with fish. So be sure to stop by - we look forward to seeing you!

"La truite des Pyrénées" is a family business that has existed since 1953 and is now managed by the third generation with 22 employees. Strategically located at the confluence of the three arms of the Pyrenees, the Barèges, Gavarnie and Cauterets, the trout farm operates using innovative and sustainable methods.
The clear, very oxygen-rich water offers the ideal habitat for trout of the breeds Fario and Arc-en-Ciel (French for rainbow): their meat is particularly tender and delicate, wonderfully pure and aromatic and full of nutrients.
