Nouvelle Vague Rosé is a wine for everyday enjoyment. It has a pretty light pink color and the nose is reminiscent of fresh fruit, followed by floral nuances. Nouvelle Vague is a crisp, vibrant summer wine.

A wine made from organically grown grapes from fresh mountain locations in the Corbières, some near Saint-Chinian in Languedoc and others around Aix en Provence. The natural alcohol content is kept as low as possible to create a cuvée that aims to be refreshing and crisp.

Goes well with: tapenade, cold cuts, salads, gazpachos, pizza, merguez, couscous...

Long-time friends Gregory Hecht & François Bannier founded Hecht & Bannier in 2001, a wine trading company dedicated to the most beautiful terroirs of the Mediterranean wine-growing region.

François and Gregory live in Provence with their family.
