The Contraste Tinto is a deep dark red with beautiful violet reflections and sometimes heavy tears at the edge of the glass.
Spectacular fruit, great variety of aromas, lots of freshness, elegantly stylish but wonderfully delicious
Immediately upon opening, notes of cassis and blackberry emerge, which are complemented after a while by spice notes (bay leaf and pepper). The more you drink, the more aromas unfold – a real find. The wine impresses with its power, finesse, and elegance, all at a very fair price.
It goes very well with cheeses such as Epoisses, Brie, Taleggio, with salami and grilled meat, and especially with fatty fish such as sardines, mackerel, tuna.
Note: Since the wine is unfiltered, sediment may be present.
