Inspired by the travels of Portuguese sailors and explorers and their search for new countries and exotic plants, the vermouth "7 Mares" was created: a strictly curated mixture of white wine, brandy, 32 selected spices such as star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and much more. aromatic herbs such as lemongrass, water mint, lemon verbena and much more, dried flowers, natural fruit extracts and essential fruit oils such as lemon oil, bergamot and much more. The result can be seen, smelled and tasted and is presented in a beautiful amber-yellow.
A real vermouth. Intense and lush aroma, fresh sea scent, notes of citrus fruits and spices that combine to create an exotic lightness. Very dense and profound on the palate, with a perfect balance between clear sweetness, refreshing acidity, fine-tart notes and a long finish.
Enjoy this vermouth neat, on ice or mix it into your favorite cocktails!
Talent meets excellent and natural ingredients - this is how the creation of the "7 Mares" vermouth could be described in a nutshell. In this case, the talent was provided by the wonderful Rita Maques Ferreira, who is known worldwide for her Conceito wines. In collaboration with Professor Luis Antunes, she developed the recipe for this excellent vermouth.
