The Rexarte comes from a 0.3 hectare, north-facing slope with limestone and clay soils.
The limited production of a maximum of 1,300 bottles is only produced in exceptional years. Vinification takes place in small tanks with natural yeasts, followed by aging in used 500-liter French oak barrels.
Ideal for festive occasions and high-quality meat dishes. A complex wine with great potential for development.
