These traditionally produced dried beef tomatoes are carefully peeled by hand and gently dried in a traditional oven. This special process preserves the tomatoes' natural sweetness and blends harmoniously with the refined marinade of olive and sunflower oil.
The combination of candied paprika and Piment du Perigord gives the product its characteristic, mildly spicy note.
