Freshly caught small sardines from the bays of Galicia in a delicious vegetable sauce and olive oil. Bought in the morning at the port and processed immediately. At the factory, the sardines are gutted, washed, dried and turned in wheat flour and then fried. After cooling, they are canned with a homemade fresh vegetable sauce.
At Ramón Peña, everything is lovingly made by hand - right down to the packaging of the can.
The sardines are ideal for tapas and mixed starters, but they also taste wonderful with pasta, rice, on pizza and in salads.
