The unique taste of our canned fish soup is characterized by its iodine-rich nature, its light texture and its subtle spiciness in the finish. The maritime flavors of the conger eel and gurnard are refined by a mixture of herbs and spices - a well-kept secret!
This traditional fish soup is easy to prepare, warming in winter and summer, and is designed to be shared and enjoyed by the entire table. Already with the first spoonful, the coral-red soup with its orange nuances releases a tempting scent that invigorates us.
It can be served with croutons, rouille, crème fraîche and grated cheese or eaten on its own, but as the package suggests, dilute it well!
