His handmade jam from France, a real culinary highlight, inspired the creation of this terrine.
The basis is high-quality pork from the French Alps, which is raised under optimal conditions - well fed and well treated. The terrine is free of gluten, eggs and lactose and does not contain any additives such as nitrite salt, emulsifiers, colorings or artificial flavors.
