This pale yellow poiré vinegar from Pierre Huet from Normandy is characterized by a fruity nose and a pronounced acidity (5%).
It is particularly suitable for deglazing and preparing sauces, vinaigrettes, mayonnaise and marinades.
Storage: in a light-protected place.
Since this vinegar is a natural product, the mother of vinegar can form in the opened bottle after a few weeks. The best way to remove this is to filter the vinegar. You can also save them to use to make your own vinegar.
