The Leonardi family produces this traditional vinegar in the hills of Modena, where the characteristic Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes are grown.
The production process is based on cooked grape must and acetic acid, which is produced by adding aged balsamic vinegar. Careful monitoring of all production steps—from harvest to bottling—results in a velvety, brown vinegar with a balanced balance of sweet and sour notes.
