Les confitures de Raphael is a 100% family business from Saint-Malo around Raphaël, his brother Cédric, their grandmother and their aunt, who lovingly designs the labels.
It all started with Raphaël, who has a small handicap: he is deaf. But that doesn't stop him from working as an organic farmer.
It was rather by chance that one evening his grandmother introduced him to the secrets of making jam. Fascinated, he switches from the field to the kitchen and sets up his small factory. Even the first creations have an amazingly intense taste and carry all the aroma of fresh fruit. The secret is a radically shortened cooking time and maximum fruit quality.
This quality – coupled with the beautiful labels hand-drawn by his aunt – is enticing customers in droves.
A few years later, Raphaël's younger brother Cédric also joined. From now on, both of them work together on new and even better jams.
