It is a mixture of thin slices of wild quince from Provence and sugar, which is boiled to the appropriate gelled consistency.

This quince jam contains 65% fruit and is made from ripe, healthy, fresh fruit that has been washed and cleaned. Any fruit with defects is sorted out. These thin slices of fruit are boiled down with high-quality sugar.
