This black cherry jam from Provence and the Rhône Valley is a pure delight. It contains 65% fruit, which is why it's also called "extra" jam. A dark red jam, almost black in color. This jam is ideal for your breakfast spread and contains pieces of fruit for even more enjoyment.
This jam was made from ripe, healthy cherries that were washed and trimmed. Any defective fruit was sorted out, the cherries were pitted, and then cooked with top-quality sugar.
This is a traditionally made jam that can be stored for many years, protected from light and heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
