This exquisite jam is made exclusively from unsprayed Kalamansi and some apples. It tastes beautifully sour and tangy, both after the fruit and after the peel. Not only excellent for breakfast, but also versatile in the kitchen.
The Kalamansi or calamondin orange is a hybrid of the mandarine and the kumquat that probably originated naturally in China. These come from a fruit plantation on the Côte d'Azur.
For the preparation of this jam, only the best fruits are selected and only the finest copper kettles are used. The deliberately short cooking time and a certain dexterity guarantee the finest quality and an unadulterated taste.
