It is made with only 45% unrefined cane sugar, which brings out the full flavor of the fruit and creates an enchanting taste experience.
Only fresh, ripe fruit is used, so there is only one production per year. A true delight for the senses.
Since the term "jam" can only be used for products with a sugar content of over 55%, it is not mentioned on our jars.
