This sinfully delicious lemon, orange, and grapefruit marmalade is a true discovery! It boasts a vibrant orange color and a rich, sweet, sour, and slightly tart flavor with a dominant orange taste. Wonderful with a cup of Earl Grey!
Unlike many other citrus preserves, this one is not gelled, but has a compote-like consistency and is interspersed with fine strips of peel – a truly exquisite treat!
The jam is made from ripe fruit cooked in small quantities in a traditional copper kettle and tastes delicious on bread and rolls for breakfast or with tea.
